1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jl95" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the jl95 online gaming platform accessible at jl95.asia and all associated services, features, and content made available to registered users.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl95 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jl95 Platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages their wallet, and uses platform services.
• "Wallet" — refers to the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (₱) within a Player's jl95 Account, funded by deposits and augmented by winnings.
• "Game" — refers to any wagering activity, including but not limited to slots, live casino table games, bingo, Ludo Quick, and any other game categories available on the jl95 Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by jl95 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and age verification process required by jl95 prior to the processing of any withdrawal from a Player's Wallet.
• "Applicable Law" — refers to all statutes, regulations, ordinances, and regulatory guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines, including regulations issued by PAGCOR and other competent authorities.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl95.asia, creating a jl95 Account, or placing any wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jl95 Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl95. jl95 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on jl95.asia. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the jl95 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. jl95 employs KYC verification procedures to enforce this requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any balance held in that Account will be subject to review and potential forfeiture pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The jl95 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. jl95 makes no warranty that the Platform's services are appropriate, permissible, or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a jl95 Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members of jl95 or its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling under any applicable regulatory self-exclusion scheme;
• Persons who are legally prohibited from online gaming activities under Applicable Law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jl95 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of duplicate account detection, jl95 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts, and retain any deposits pending further review.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jl95 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jl95 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify jl95 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jl95 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.

4.4 KYC Verification

jl95 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (passport, SSS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and, where applicable, a selfie with your ID. Processing of withdrawals will be suspended until KYC requirements are satisfied. jl95 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a jl95 Account must be made through the payment methods officially supported by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. jl95 does not accept cash deposits or third-party transfers from payment sources not registered in the Player's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl95 following identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard. jl95 targets the following processing timeframes, subject to KYC status and payment provider availability:

• GCash: approximately 5–15 minutes for verified accounts;
• PayMaya / Maya: approximately 5–20 minutes for verified accounts;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay: approximately 15–60 minutes;
• PESONet bank transfers: up to one (1) banking business day.

Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. jl95 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on jl95 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). jl95 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency received through a payment channel will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at jl95's discretion, with any associated conversion costs borne by the Player.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl95 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jl95 monitors transactions for indicators of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the jl95 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jl95 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, deposit matches, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment — contribution rates per game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the jl95 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl95 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the offending Account.

6.4 Expiry

Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress associated with them are automatically removed from the Account. jl95 is not obligated to extend or reinstate expired bonuses.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The games available on the jl95 Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers and live studio operators. jl95 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any specific time. Games may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical issues, or at the supplier's discretion. jl95 will not be liable for any inconvenience resulting from game unavailability.

7.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the jl95 Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The result of each game round is determined by the relevant game software or live dealer studio and is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 7.4.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game software failure, or connectivity issue that affects the integrity of a game round, jl95 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. jl95 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game result or transaction must be submitted to jl95 support at [email protected] within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. jl95 will investigate all disputes in good faith using available game and transaction logs. The decision of jl95 on any game dispute is final, subject to applicable Philippine regulatory procedures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl95 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Accessing the Platform if under 21 years of age or if otherwise ineligible;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned;
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit disputes against jl95 or its payment providers;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access attempts;
• Transferring, selling, or assigning your Account to any other person.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jl95 Platform — including but not limited to the jl95 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and multimedia content — is the property of jl95 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or modified without the prior written consent of jl95.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any Platform content or any right to use the jl95 brand or trademarks for any purpose.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

jl95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the applicable regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jl95 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jl95 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by Applicable Law, as necessary for payment processing and KYC verification, or as described in the Privacy Policy. 11 Responsible Gaming

jl95 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available in every jl95 Account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications reminding them of their session duration at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for defined periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, account access is suspended and re-registration is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jl95 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain reasonable credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software suppliers, or network service providers;
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance upon information published on the Platform that the Player has not independently verified.

jl95's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Wallet balance at the time the claim arises, excluding any bonus funds. Nothing in these Terms limits jl95's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 jl95's Right to Suspend or Close

jl95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl95 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information to jl95;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players;
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

13.2 Consequences of Suspension

Upon Account suspension or closure, jl95 will conduct a review of the Account balance and transaction history. Real-money funds that are not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of the review, provided KYC requirements have been met. Any bonus funds in the Account at the time of suspension are automatically voided.

13.3 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting jl95 support at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal request must be settled before Account closure is finalized.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jl95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jl95 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by Applicable Law or urgent operational circumstances.

Continued use of the jl95 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through jl95's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Section 7.4) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who have exhausted jl95's internal dispute resolution process and remain unsatisfied may seek guidance from the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. jl95 operates in compliance with Philippine online gaming regulations and is committed to working cooperatively with regulatory bodies in good faith.
